Brilens offers a range of print finishes to decorate garments of all kinds. We source a multitude of different items from T-shirts and Hoodies to Hi-Vis Vests and Baseball Caps. Much of which appears in our online catalogue. If you can not find something in particular, contact us as invariably we can source most things from one of our suppliers.
Our print options fall into 4 camps; screen print, embroidery, single colour vinyl and full colour vinyl. Which process is more suited to your job can depend on your requirements and artwork. Below is a short description of each option, If you have any queries we can offer advice over phone, email or in person at our print shop.
- Screen Printing
+ Most economical process for 10 or pieces. Great quality and hard wearing print. Best for most detailed artwork.
- Each colour requires a seperate screen - Embroidery
+ High quality digitised embroidery service
- Minimum lead time of two weeks. - Single Colour Vinyl
+ Perfect for one-offs and short runs. A range of bold colours available. Perfect for adorning garments with names and numbers.
- Can not deal with fine detail. - Full Colour Transfer
+ Full colour CMYK digital print. Perfect for reproducing photos in high resolution.
- Relatively thick medium, larger transfers can make garments quite stiff.
